The lazy hustler

1. Program Overview
The Program is a 4-month group-hybrid coaching experience designed to help clients build or scale a business aligned with their Human Design. It includes:

• Neuro-Linguistic Programming & Hypnosis applied to business growth
• Human Design Blueprint + business application
• Coaching sessions and live trainings with Meredith and social media coach
• Coaching sessions and live trainings with Meredith and social media coach
• Business development from ideation to launch
• Delivery methods include Zoom, Slack, and email.

2. Program Access & Duration
The Program runs for 4 months from the date of enrollment. Clients are granted access to 16 group coaching calls, 8 group social media group coaching calls, the full Business by Human Design curriculum (including the course), and supporting materials during this period.

3. Payment Terms
Standard Access:
- Pay in Full: $2,222
- Payment Plan: 4 monthly payments of $560

VIP Access:
- Pay in Full: $3,199
- Payment Plan: 4 monthly payments of $820

Early Bird:
- Standard: 5 monthly payments of $460
- VIP: 5 monthly payments of $660
All payment plans are binding and must be completed, regardless of participation. Clients are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation. No refunds will be issued once enrollment is complete.

4. Scheduling & Attendance
Group Coaching calls are 60 minutes and held via Zoom.
Calendar invites will be sent out upon purchase of the service.
All coaching calls, guest coaching calls, and 1:1 coaching (if VIP) will be recorded and uploaded onto Notion Dashboard. 

5. Communication
Clients will communicate with Coach through Slack during the designated Office Hours (unless purchased VIP). If work is submitted on Mondays and Thursdays before 5pm PT, Clients will receive feedback within one business day. The same goes for weekly social media feedback, which the office hours are Wednesdays at 5pm PT. 

6. Holiday Schedule
Coach will be unavailable on major holidays, including but not limited to:
 Thanksgiving week, Hanukkah, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day.

7. Confidentiality & Recording
All sessions are recorded and shared with clients for personal use only. Client agrees not to share, publish, or distribute materials or recordings without permission. Confidentiality is respected, though not protected under legal privilege. By enrolling, Clients also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

10. Intellectual Property
All materials, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Coach. Clients may use them for personal growth only and may not reproduce, sell, or share them externally. Any attempt to repurpose, resell, or redistribute this content may result in removal from the Program and/or legal action.

11. Portfolio Use
Coach may reference anonymized aspects of work (e.g., topics, outcomes) in her professional portfolio but will not use Client’s name, image, or personal details without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
Coach is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income or data. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Program.

13. Indemnification
Both parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims or damages arising from their respective actions or breach of these terms.

14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith conversation. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, and waive rights to a jury trial.

15. Non-Exclusivity
Coach may work with other clients, including those in similar industries. However, Coach will request permission before working with a direct competitor.

16. Force Majeure
Coach is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond her control, including natural disasters, illness, or unforeseen emergencies.

17. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. All legal matters will be handled in Los Angeles County.

18. Updates to Terms
Coach may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued participation in the Program indicates acceptance of the most recent version.
