100+ work hours. Waking up at 4 am. Filled schedule (even on weekends). These were things I lived by. I was a film executive and screenwriter. My days were a whirlwind of deadlines, decisions, and the hunt for the next “big thing.”

Measuring success involved generating revenue, gaining recognition, and

facing criticism.

Did it leave time for self-reflection? Yeah, I meditate.

What about self-care? Duh. Botox.

Pursuit of deeper purpose? I’m sober.

I hustled nonstop for 10+ years. It took a toll on my body and mind. I had everything on the outside. The beautiful, vulnerable husband. A stunning wedding. And a healthy baby.

Yet, I fell to my knees. It was a time of deep self-discovery. I found myself

questioning the definition of success I had been chasing.

Was it possible to achieve professional fulfillment without burnout?

Embracing this question led me down a new path. I got certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and discovered DIY biohacking and creative hacking. And I realized that my superpower was my personal defect.

Today, I stand before you as a business consultant. I’m also an NLP coach, screenwriter, unscripted producer, and the founder of 3 startups. OH, and I’m a new mom.

I’m doing more than ever. I should have less time. But I’ve hacked the system to have more time and efficiency.
